Create Alter Display and Delete Stock Items in Tally

Stock Items in Tally:

 Stock Items वह होते है जिस माल का हम Business करते है। जैसे कोई व्यापारी Book का Business करता है तो Book एक Stock Group का नाम होगा और Book का नाम Stock Item होगा।

A) Creating a Single Stock Items in Tally (Tally Institute Vidisha):- 

 Single Stock items Create करने के लिए निम्‍न Steps होती है-

1) Go To Gateway of Tally ==> Inventory Info ==> Stock Items पर जा कर Enter Key Press करते है।
2) Stock Items Menu के Single Stock Item के अंतर्गत Create पर जाकर Enter Key Press करते है।
3) Stock Item Creation Screen Display होती है जिसमें निम्‍नलिखित Field होते है-
a. Name :- Stock Item Name Type करते है।
b. Alias :- Stock Item का Alias Name Type करते है।
c. Under:- इस Field के लिए List of Groups से Stock Items का Group
Select करते हैं।
d. Unit- इस Field के लिए Unit को Select करते है।
e. Rate of Duty :- इस Fields में Stock items के लिए Excise Duty Rate type
करते हैं।
f. Opening Balance:- Opening Balance Type करते है यदि हो तो  इसके बाद Keyboard से Ctrl + A press करते है।

B) Creating a Multiple Stock items in  Tally (Tally Institute Vidisha):- 

Multiple Stock items Create करने के लिए

1) Go To Gateway of Tally ==> Inventory Info ==> Stock Items पर जा कर Enter Key Press करते है।2) Stock Items Menu के Multiple Stock Item के अंतर्गत Create पर जाकर Enter Key Press करते है।
3) Multi Stock Item Creation Screen Display होती है  इसके बाद List of Group से वह Stock
Group अथवा All Items को Select करते है।
4) Name of Items:- Item का नाम Type करते है।
5)  Under :- List of Groups से Stock Group Name को Select करते है।
6) Unit:-  Item के लिए Unit Select करते है।
7) Opening Qty:- Opening Quantity Type करते है। यदि हो तो।
8) Rate:-
9) Per:
10) Amount:-
 इसके बाद Keyboard से Ctrl + A press करते है।

Alter a Stock Item in Tally (Tally Institute Vidisha):-

Alter a Single Stock Item:-

1) Go To Gateway of Tally ==> Inventory Info ==> Stock Items पर जा कर Enter Key Press करते है।
2) Stock Items Menu के Single Stock Item के अंतर्गत Alter पर जाकर Enter Key Press करते है।
3) Select Stock Item Screen Display होती है List of Stock Items से Name of Item Select करते है।
4) Stock Item Alteration Screen Display होती है।
  आवश्यकतानुसार परिवर्तन कर परिवर्तन को सेव करने के लिए Ctrl+A Press करते हैं।

Alter a Multiple Stock Item:-

1) Go To Gateway of Tally ==> Inventory Info ==> Stock Items पर जा कर Enter Key Press करते है।
2) Stock Items Menu के Multi Stock Item के अंतर्गत Alter पर जाकर Enter Key Press करते है।
3) Select Stock Group Screen Display होती है List of Stock Groups से Name of Group Select करते है।
3) Multi Stock Item Alteration Screen Display होती है।
  आवश्यकतानुसार परिवर्तन कर परिवर्तन को सेव करने के लिए Ctrl+A Press करते हैं।

Delete a Stock Item:-

1) Go To Gateway of Tally ==> Inventory Info ==> Stock Items पर जा कर Enter Key Press करते है।
2) Stock Items Menu के Single Stock Item के अंतर्गत Alter पर जाकर Enter Key Press करते है।
3) Select Stock Item Screen Display होती है List of Stock Items से Name of Item Select करते है।
3) Stock Item Alteration Screen Display होती है।
4)  Delete करने के लिए Key board से Alt+D  Press करते है।
5) Enter Key Press करते है।
6) इस प्रकार हम Stock Item को Delete कर सकते है।
