Use of Security Control
जब हम एक कंपनी बनाते है तब कंपनी Creation Screen में use Security Control Option होता है। यदि हम उसे Yes Set कर देेते हैं। तो Tally Administrator के लिए Name or Password Type करने को कहता है। Security Control किसी भी संगठन का एक ऐसा अनिवार्य हिस्सा है जिसकी अनुपस्थिति में कोई कर्मचारी अनेक गैर जरूरी कार्योा को निष्पादित कर सकता है।
Ex:- कोई Data Entry Operator भी Master बन सकता है। Trial Balance, Financial Account, Ratio Analysis देख सकता है। अथवा महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी Delete कर सकता है।Types of Security Levels:
Tally में By Default Two Security Levels होते है-
A) Owner
B) Data Entry
A) Owner:- Owner को Company Alteration Or Tally Audit को छोडकर सभी अधिकार केवल Administration के पास होते है।
B) Data Entry:- Data Entry सीमित Access होता है परन्तु Administration द्वारा Access को आवश्यकतानुसार सौंपा अथवा सीमित कियाजा सकता है जो Generally Vouchers से Related होते है।
Defining Different Security Levels:
Security Levels को दो Steps में Create किया जाता है जिसमें Administrator Login Creation Or User Creation Include है।
A) Enabling Security Control For a Company:- हम Company Creation Time या Company Alteration Screen में Administrator Login Create कर सकते है। Company Alteration Screen में Administration Login Create करने के लिए
1) Go To Gateway of Tally स्क्रीन से Keyboard से Alt+F3 Function Key Press करते है।
2) इसके बाद Alter पर जाकर Enter Key Press करते है
3) Company Alteration Screen Show होती है।
4) Company Alteration Screen में Use Security Control: Yes Set करते है।
5) इसके बाद Name of Administrator वाली Field में Administrator का नाम Type करते है।
6) इसके बाद Password वाली Field में Password Type करते है।
7) इसके बाद Repeat वाली Field में Password को Repeat कर Type करते है।
8) इसके बाद किये गये Changes को Accept करने के लिए Keyboard से Ctrl+A Press करते है।
B) Creating Security Levels:- New Security Level Create करने के लिए हमें Administrator के रूप में Login करना होता है।
