Sales Orders and Purchase Order Book



Sales Orders Book:- Sales Orders Book किसी Financial year के दौरान किए जाने वाले सभी Sales Orders का Record होता है। इसे देखने के लिए Gateway of Tally Display=> Inventory Book=> Sales Order Book पर जाकर Enter Key Press करते है।
 Purchase Order Book:- Purchase Order Book किसी Financial Year के दौरान किए जाने वाले सभी Purchase Orders का Record होता है इसे देखने के लिए Gateway of Tally=>Display=>Inventory Books=> Sales order Book पर जाकर Enter key Press करते है

How to Download Tally ERP9|| How to Install Tally EPR9 Step:-1  Tally Software Download करने के लिए नीचे दिए गए Link को Copy करके URL में Paste करें। https://tallysolutions.com/download/ Step:- 2 Download For Later पर‍ क्लिक करने पर Tally Setup File Download होने लगेगी। Step:-3 Tally Download होने के बाद setup.exe पर क्लिक करें। Step:-4 Yes पर क्लिक करें। Step:-5  इसके बाद Install Button पर क्लिक करें।  Step:-6 Install Button  पर क्लिक करने के बाद कुछ समय के लिए Tally Installation Process चलती है। Step:-7 इस प्रकार Tally Successfully Installed हो जाती है। इसके बाद Done पर क्लिक करें। Step:-8 Done Button पर क्लिक करते ही Tally ERP9 की स्‍क्रीन शो होगी। Tally Close करने के लिए Keyboard Shortcut key Ctrl+Q Press करते है। Tally Configuration with INI Setup(File):- Tally हमें Tally.ini file के माध्‍यम से Tally Environment को Customize करने की  सुविधा प्रदान करता है जिसके माध्‍यम से हम अपनी आवश्‍यकतानुसार

Exception Reports like Negative Stock & Ledger in Tally

Exception Reports :- Exception Reports को असामान्‍य Transaction या Balances पर नजर रखने के लिए use किया जाता है।  Gateway of Tally=> Display=> Exception Reports Negative Stock:- Negatvie Stock All Stock की वह List Show करता है। जिसमें Selected Period के अंत में Negative Balance होता है Negative Balance को आमतौर पर खरीदी द्वारा समायोजित किया जाता है। जिससे कि वह Items अस्‍वीकृत कर दिया जाए। Negative Stock Report देखने के लिए  Gateway of Tally=> Display=> Exception Reports=> Negative Stock पर जाकर Enter Key Press करते है। तो Negative Stock Item Screen Show हो जाती है Negative Ledgers:-  Exception Reports Menu के Option Negative Ledgers का प्रयोग करने पर मॉनीटर Screen पर उन Ledger Account की List Show होती है जिनका Balance Negative होता है अर्थात जोकि त्रुटिवश Stock से अधिक मात्रा में Export कर दिया गया है Negative Ledger Report देखने के लिए Gateway of Tally=> Display=> Exception Reports=> Negative Ledger पर जाकर Enter Key Press करते है।
