Exception Reports like Negative Stock & Ledger in Tally

Exception Reports :- Exception Reports को असामान्‍य Transaction या Balances पर नजर रखने के लिए use किया जाता है।
 Gateway of Tally=> Display=> Exception Reports

Negative Stock:- Negatvie Stock All Stock की वह List Show करता है। जिसमें Selected Period के अंत में Negative Balance होता है Negative Balance को आमतौर पर खरीदी द्वारा समायोजित किया जाता है। जिससे कि वह Items अस्‍वीकृत कर दिया जाए। Negative Stock Report देखने के लिए 
Gateway of Tally=> Display=> Exception Reports=> Negative Stock पर जाकर Enter Key Press करते है। तो Negative Stock Item Screen Show हो जाती है

Negative Ledgers:-
 Exception Reports Menu के Option Negative Ledgers का प्रयोग करने पर मॉनीटर Screen पर उन Ledger Account की List Show होती है जिनका Balance Negative होता है अर्थात जोकि त्रुटिवश Stock से अधिक मात्रा में Export कर दिया गया है Negative Ledger Report देखने के लिए

Gateway of Tally=> Display=> Exception Reports=> Negative Ledger पर जाकर Enter Key Press करते है।
