Mouse/Keyboard conventions & Key Combinations
1- Mouse/ Key Board Conventions:-
टैली के साथ Software में काम करने के लिए निम्नलिखित Conventions का प्रयोग किया जाता है-
A) Mouse Conventions:-
1- Click :- जब हम Mouse का left Button दबाते है तो इसे Click कहा जाता है।
2- Double-Click:- जब हम Mouse का left Button One Second के अंदर 2 बार दबाते है तो इसे Double Click कहा जाता है।
3-Select:- जब हम Mouse Pointer काे Item पर स्थित करने तथा Mouse left Button दो बार क्लिक करने पर ।
4-Choose : Mouse Pointer को Item पर स्थित करने तथा Left Mouse Button को Click करने पर ।
B) Keyboard Conventions:-
1- function key(Fn):- Function key को Press करना ।
2- Alt+Function key(Fn):- Alt के साथ Function key को Press करना ।
3- Ctrl+Function key(Fn):- Ctrl के साथ Function key को Press करना ।
4- Press:- जब हम Keyboard से Keys के Combination का उपयोग करते है।
Key Combination:-
1- F1 Function Key:- इसका प्रयोग कम्पनी को Select करने के लिए किया जाता है यह सभी Masters Menu Screen में उपलब्ध रहता है।
2- F2 Function Key:- Current Date को Change करने लिए।
3- F4 Contra Voucher
4- F5 Payment Voucher
5- F6 Receipt Voucher
6- F7 Journal Voucher
7- F8 Sales Voucher
8- F9 Purchase Voucher
9- F11 Function and Features Screen को Select करने के लिए यह लगभग सभी स्क्रीन पर उपलब्ध रहता है।
10- F12 Configure:- Configure Screen को Select करने के लिए। यह लगभग सभी स्क्रीन पर उपलब्ध रहता है।
Special Key Combinations:-
Ctrl+Alt+C:- Text को copy करने के लिए यह Creation and alteration Screen पर उपलब्ध रहता है।
Ctrl+Alt+V:- Text को Paste करने के लिए यह Creation and alteration Screen पर उपलब्ध रहता है।
1- Alt+F1 :- किसी कंपनी को Select करती है।
2- Alt +F1 :- Report को Detailed में देखने के लिए
3- Alt +F2 :- Period को Change करने के लिए।
4- Alt+F3 :- Company Info Menu Select करने के लिए। यह Gateway of Tally Screen पर उपलब्ध होता है।
5- Alt+C :- (Ledger Create करने के लिए )Voucher Screen पर Ledger Create करने के लिए जब हम Ledger Create करना भूल गए हो
6- Alt+N :- Reports में Multiple Columns को जोडने के लिए
7- Alt+P :- Reports को Print करने के लिए।
8- Alt+Q:- Tally Screen से Quit करने के लिए जब हम Alt+Q का प्रयोग करते है तब यह बिना किसी बदलाब के Tally Screen से बाहर आ जाता है यह Confirmation Message भी show नहीं करता है।
Enter: Voucher and Master को Accept करती है।
ESC:- Field में जो कुछ भी टाइफ किया है उसे हटाती है।
