Switching between screen areas

टैली इआरपी 9 में एक स्‍क्रीन एरियाज से दूसरे एरियाज में जाने के लिए निम्‍न प्रकार के Shortcut keys प्रयोग में लाई जाती है- 
A) Gateway of Tally Screen Areas:- Gate of Tally Screen को Active करने के लिए Ctrl +M Shortcut Key का उपयोग किया जाता है।

B) Calculator :- Calculator Screen areas में जाने के लिए Ctrl +N Shortcut key का उपयोग किया जाता है।

C) Configuration :-  Configuration Screen में switching करने के लिए Ctrl+Alt+ F Shortcut key का Use करते है।


D)License & Services : License & Services Screen का use करने के लिए Ctrl+Alt+L key press करते है।


E)Version & Updates Screen में जाने के लिए Ctrl + Alt+ T  Press करते है।


Quitting Tally:-

Tally Open होने पर Gateway of Tally Screen Show होती है और हम किसी Function के अंदर काम कर रहे होते है और हम चाहते है कि उस Function से बाहर आना तो हम सीधे ही Esc Key press करते रहते है तो हम Gateway Tally Screen पर आ जाती है। और निम्‍न Message Show होता है 

Confirmation Screen to Exit Tally Screen 

यदि हम चाहते है कि बिना किसी सूचना के टैली प्रोग्राम से बाहर आना तो हमें Ctrl+Q Press करते ही बिना किसी पुष्टि के टैली प्रोग्राम से बाहर आ सकते है या फिर हम Gateway of Tally Screen से Quit Option को select कर Enter Key press करते ही Tally Program Close हो जाता है।

Exception Reports like Negative Stock & Ledger in Tally

Exception Reports :- Exception Reports को असामान्‍य Transaction या Balances पर नजर रखने के लिए use किया जाता है।  Gateway of Tally=> Display=> Exception Reports Negative Stock:- Negatvie Stock All Stock की वह List Show करता है। जिसमें Selected Period के अंत में Negative Balance होता है Negative Balance को आमतौर पर खरीदी द्वारा समायोजित किया जाता है। जिससे कि वह Items अस्‍वीकृत कर दिया जाए। Negative Stock Report देखने के लिए  Gateway of Tally=> Display=> Exception Reports=> Negative Stock पर जाकर Enter Key Press करते है। तो Negative Stock Item Screen Show हो जाती है Negative Ledgers:-  Exception Reports Menu के Option Negative Ledgers का प्रयोग करने पर मॉनीटर Screen पर उन Ledger Account की List Show होती है जिनका Balance Negative होता है अर्थात जोकि त्रुटिवश Stock से अधिक मात्रा में Export कर दिया गया है Negative Ledger Report देखने के लिए Gateway of Tally=> Display=> Exception Reports=> Negative Ledger पर जाकर Enter Key Press करते है।
